2023 2nd International Conference on Power System and Energy Technology has been held online on August 19, 2023. The conference was hosted by Hunan University and organized by Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education, College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University, Engineering Research Center of Power Transmission & Transformation Technology, MOE, China, International Joint Research Center for Smart Grid Optimization and Control Technology, MOST, China, Academic Exchange Information Center. Supported by Changsha University of Science & Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central South University, Hohai University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Hunan University of Technology, Xinjiang University, China Southern Power Grid Technology Co.， Ltd.. 第二届电力系统与能源技术国际学术会议 (ICPSET 2023)已于2023年8月19日召开线上会议。会议由湖南大学主办，教育部工程研究中心、湖南大学电气与信息工程学院、输变电新技术教育部工程研究中心、智能电网优化与控制技术国际联合研究中心、AEIC学术交流中心承办。长沙理工大学、华中科技大学、中南大学、河海大学、西南交通大学、湖南工业大学、新疆大学、南方电网电力科技股份有限公司提供会议支持。会议开场，湖南大学电气与信息工程学院副院长李勇教授作大会致辞，会议包括4位主讲嘉宾及3位口头报告学者的学术分享。感谢参与及听取报告的各位学者！

The conference attracted many experts and scholars from universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad to participate in the conference on-site. During the conference, the participants carried out a constructive dialogue and discussion around the experts and scholars' reports, achieved positive results in many aspects, and deepened the academic discussion and research exchange in Power System and Energy Technology and other fields.
